Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal
1. The Right of Withdrawal Explained

In compliance with international e-commerce standards, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, and global consumer protection frameworks, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase contract and return any eligible products within a **fourteen (14) calendar day cooling-off period**, without having to provide any justification or reason.
This right allows you to inspect the products you buy online in the same way you would in a brick-and-mortar retail store. However, due to health protection and hygiene reasons, certain products are excluded from this right once they are opened or unsealed, as detailed below in Section 6.

5. Return of Goods & Refund Process
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, you must follow the return process:
- You must return the eligible products to our designated return address without undue delay, and in any event no later than **fourteen (14) calendar days** from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal request to us. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the 14-day return period expires.
- You must bear the direct cost of return shipping, including any tracking fees, import sales taxes, or customs clearance charges incurred during transit. We highly recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot issue refunds for returned products lost or damaged in transit.
- Upon receiving the returned items and confirming they meet our eligibility and hygiene criteria, we will refund all payments received from you for the returned items. Original shipping fees, custom tariffs, and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect.
- All refunds are securely processed through our payment gateway provider, iyzico, and credited back to your original payment method. The refund will typically appear in your account within **seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days**, depending on your card issuer's policies.
6. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with global consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal, cancellation, and refund is strictly excluded for the following product categories:
- Sealed Goods (Intimate Wear / Lingerie / Harnesses): Any intimate apparel, underwear, bodysuits, briefs, structural body harnesses, and body accessories whose original protective packaging, safety tags, or hygiene seals have been unsealed, opened, or tampered with after delivery. These items are strictly excluded from the right of withdrawal due to health protection and sanitation reasons.
- Customized & Made-to-Order Goods: Any products that have been custom-tailored, manufactured according to your specific body measurements, customized color options, or personalized designs.
- Worn, Damaged, or Altered Goods: Any products that have been tried on directly against the skin, worn, washed, soiled, show cosmetic marks, carry distinct perfume or body odors, or have had their original labels and protective liners removed.
7. Order Cancellation Prior to Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been handed over to our shipping carriers, please contact us immediately at info@mensharness.com. Because we strive to process and dispatch orders rapidly, the cancellation window is very short:
- If your order status is marked as "Pending" or "Processing" and has not yet been assigned a shipping tracking number, we can cancel the order and process a full refund (including shipping fees) to your payment card via iyzico immediately.
- If your order has already been marked as "Shipped" or a tracking number has been generated by the courier, the contract has been formed, and the package cannot be intercepted or cancelled. In this case, you must wait for the package to arrive and subsequently initiate a standard return for eligible items as outlined in our Returns Policy.
8. Seller-Initiated Cancellations
We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory and product pricing on mensharness.com. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order at any time prior to shipment under the following circumstances:
- The ordered item is found to be out of stock, damaged, or has failed our final pre-shipment quality control inspection, and a suitable replacement is unavailable.
- An obvious, material pricing error was displayed on the website at the time the order was placed.
- Our automatic fraud protection systems or our payment partner iyzico flags the transaction as high-risk, suspicious, or unauthorized.
In any of these cases, we will notify you immediately via email, explain the reason for the cancellation, and process a complete, 100% refund of all funds charged (including shipping fees) via iyzico. No administrative fees or penalties will be deducted.
9. Unclaimed Shipments & Address Errors
If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect shipping address provided by you, or if you fail to collect the package from the local shipping depot, or if you refuse to pay import customs charges, the package will eventually be returned to our warehouse as "Undeliverable."
Such returned shipments will be processed as a cancellation. We will issue a refund via iyzico, but **we will deduct the full cost of both the original shipping and the return shipping charges** from your refund to cover our logistics losses.
